Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using the AAR Telemetry Bot ("Bot") within a Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or interact with the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides automated calculation and logging tools for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 After Action Reports (AAR). The Bot processes manual text inputs via Slash Commands (`/aar`) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on uploaded endgame victory screenshots (`/aar_scan`) to generate statistical embed summaries.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose. You agree NOT to:

• Intentionally upload non-game images, explicit content, or malicious file payloads to the OCR processing engine (`/aar_scan`).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or flood the Bot with automated requests to cause Denial of Service (DoS).
• Use the Bot in violation of Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

4. Service Availability & Limitations

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or flawless accuracy in OCR text recognition.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to ban individual users or Discord servers from accessing the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

To process commands and generate report embeds, the Bot temporarily accesses minimal Discord data provided during interaction:

• Discord Identifiers: Your Discord User ID, Display Name, and Avatar URL (used strictly to attribute the generated AAR Embed report to your account).
• User-Submitted Content: Numerical values entered into Slash Command forms and images uploaded for screenshot scanning (`/aar_scan`).

2. How We Use and Process Data

• In-Memory OCR Processing: When you upload a screenshot, the image is held in temporary container memory (`/tmp`) solely for the duration of the Optical Character Recognition scan (1�3 seconds).
• Immediate Deletion: Uploaded images are discarded immediately after processing. We do not save, permanently store, archive, or database your uploaded screenshots.
• No Permanent Storage: The Bot does not utilize a persistent external database to store user personal data, chat history, or IP addresses.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer any user data or uploaded content to third parties. All processing occurs locally within our container environment.

4. Third-Party Links

The Bot outputs embeds containing links to our external portal (forge.nopittynoremorse.com). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external web assets beyond this document.

5. Data Rights & Contact
